digital ultrasound 

All ultrasound imaging is done in house.  Our ultrasound has digital capabilities allowing easy transfer of data to referring veterinarians, other specialists including a board certified radiologist who is available for additional interpretation if necessary.  Ultrasound is an excellent, non-invasive imaging tool that we commonly use for staging our cancer patients (determining if the cancer has spread to any other site) and for initial diagnosis of suspected thoracic or abdominal tumors.  Our ultrasound has color flow and power flow capabilities that are helpful in determining blood supply to solid tumors.
